Dear Seller,
You are about to authorize a third-party service, site, software and/or mobile application (collectively, “Third Party Service", operated by a "Service Vendor”) to access your account registered with the Marketplace (“Seller Account”) through the Open Platform. This Service Vendor will have access to data available to your Seller Account, including about your customers' transactions that you control.
Without limiting any of your Seller obligations under the Marketplace Terms [Insert Link to Seller Marketplace Terms], by authorizing this Service Vendor access, you:
A) agree that such Service Vendor may access and process data contained within your Seller Account or the associated Open Platform account for the purposes of providing the Third Party Service;
B) confirm that you have entered into a written agreement with the Service Vendor which permits them to process personal data on your behalf in connection with the Third Party Service and which meets the requirements of applicable data protection laws; and
C) are fully responsible for the acts and omissions of the Service Vendor.
Such authorization of the relevant Third Party Service and/or Service Vendor will be valid commencing on the date of this authorization until you choose to revoke such authorization via your Seller Account, or as otherwise provided in the authorization confirmation ("Authorization Term"). Upon expiry of the Authorization Term, you will be required to re-authorize access by the relevant Third Party Service and/or Service Vendor to the Open Platform.
We do not warrant or represent as to the safety, accuracy, quality or reliability of any Third Party Service or Service Vendor that you may choose to use. Any contractual obligations governing use of such Third Party Service are solely between yourself and the Service Vendor, and any responsibilities therein are wholly assumed by the you and the Service Vendor. If you suffer any losses or damages pursuant to the use of such Third Party Service, you agree that the Service Vendor shall be wholly responsible for such loss or damage and that we will not assume any responsibility.
If you do not wish to accept the above terms and conditions, please do not proceed to access such Third Party Service through your Seller Account and/or the Open Platform.
