Despite being one of our priorities, right now we do not offer this service for sellers outside mainland China. As we undertand that the reputation of your stores is on the line, an strategy was created that is recommended to follow during the integration process:
- Different account: It is possible to register a secondary account that can be used for testing. This account should not display a recognizable name neither a logo from the company.
- Empty stock: Products will always be uploaded without stock and during the testing process it must remain the same. Products without stock are not gathered by AliExpress search algorithim upon user search.As a consequence, the chances of being exposed are significantly reduced.
- Shipping template: In addition to an empty stock it is also recommeded to create a special shipping template that would prevent delivery to any location. That way, if there is a problem during testing and testing product with stock is noticed by a user, it will not be possible to purchase it.
- Product visibiliy: Once finished hte test, please delete or offline the product.
Using the previous strategy it will allow a normal testing without causing any disturbances to potential clients. However, if it is necessary to test the purchase flow, it is necessary to add sotck, in which case we recommend to follow another guide:
- Shipping template: Use another template that would only allow users from your country/region purchase the product.
- Minimum stock: Only add the necessary stock needed to test the purchase flow and once finished remember to remove any remaining stock.
- Price: As it is an official server, the transaction will be real. Therefore, it is recommended to assign a low price for this test and then raise it to its normal value.
